What is Blogging
"Blog" is an abbreviated version of "weblog," which is a term used to describe web sites that maintain an ongoing chronicle of information viewed in a web browser. A blog is frequently updated with a chronological publication of personal thoughts and useful links on other web sites. Blogs are updated using software that allows people with little or no technical background to share their views online.
In the early days of blogs, they were mainly online personal diaries. Now there are different kinds of blogs. There are still those who use it as a personal journal, but there are also corporate blogs, marketing blogs, product blogs, topic-specific blogs, private blogs, and even blogs that help you search other blogs.
There are so many possibilities with blogging. Using your imagination and creativity, there is no end! You just need to craft a blog made up of an enticing content that would what your downline’s appetite, set up a need, and prime them for action.One good thing about blogs is that they are almost always customizable. You can select your template or layout (which determines how your blog looks) that is usually provided by the blogging service provider you are using. More templates are readily available by searching other sites and can be used based on your comfort factor.
Why Blog
A blog is a perfect vehicle to share your MLM company, products, compensation plans, promotion ideas, and success stories offering an effective platform to reach out to your downline and prospects. Beyond promoting your MLM business, the blog is an effective online tool to train your downline and keep them updated of hot news and daily happenings. It is a great way of promoting your hot selling products online and establishing a credible presence on the internet.
Start a blog to keep your group together with a lot of alluring content. It will help your downlines with an additional buzz and get them to face prospects equipped with confidence. A blog is great alternative to the boring task of sending out hundreds of emails to educate your downlines or preparing flyers and other marketing collaterals to promote your products. The other benefit is your upline has updated and frequent information on the progress of your MLM business.
A blog is a less formal and a more open way to communicate, making it easy to publish a lot of content on different topics. The Blogging process is easy, fast and new business ideas can be communicated to your downlines without having to set up formal meetings or training sessions that are both expensive and time consuming. The time saved here is priceless – think of all the things you can be doing to help grow your business. Effectively, a blog is an idea creation online device helping you create business ideas by thinking and disseminating quickly within your blog sphere (up line, downlines, prospects, and other business owners). So go ahead, create a buzz, share your thoughts, and get started on your MLM blog.
