Remember, this chapter is designed for you to build on the knowledge that you should have learnt as part of your initial training. In particular, we will highlight some of the key training principles that you should be familiar with and why they are so important. A good example is goal setting. Most network marketing companies ask their distributors to set goals, but fail to demonstrate or provide them with the necessary tools to do so. In this chapter we have put together a thorough lesson in goal setting, using proven techniques from some of the most successful personal coaches in history. We have even included a FREE goal setting template that we encourage everyone to use.
Although we encourage personal one-to-one training with all new distributors, we quite often find that when you have a large organisation it can be very time consuming to be continually training your new downline members basic concepts that could be learnt by reading the right material. This is one of the main reasons we created this chapter. As a result this network marketing training chapter is designed to teach new distributors some basic network marketing success principles such that the one-to-one time can be best spent helping to build their businesses.
