Most network marketing companies ask their distributors to set goals, but fail to demonstrate or provide them with the necessary tools to do so. Although we encourage personal one-to-one training with all new distributors, we quite often find that when you have a large organisation it can be very time consuming to be continually training your new downline members basic concepts that could be learnt by reading the right material. This is one of the main reasons we created this chapter.
